- MLMama Luba3 days ago1.0Poor customer service. Came before closing and they didn’t want to accept my package. Customers were inside. I had a large package I needed to ship and ended up needing to take it back with my to Brooklyn. Just unnecessary and poor service. Tall gentleman with curly hair didn’t want to help me. Package already had a label. Disappointing service from ups.

She’s taking customers watching stuff on her phone and more worried about what’s happening on her phone. No hello how are you or have a nice day. She didn’t say a word. when did the world become soo unprofessional!!!! The owner says he strives for fast service and positive customer experience but your employees seem to be having more fun talking then working . It’s a disgrace!
