  One of them doesn't listen. I asked her to weigh a package, she holds it in her hand to weigh it and gives me an estimate instead of putting it on the scale. Also if in customer service, there should be clarity in speech instead of stressing to figure out what is being said. I went to someone else instead and got thru

  Desde hace un año llevo haciendo envíos cada lunes miércoles viernes y sábados por lo general los sábados está repleto a las 4:30 en adelante, pero el personal se esfuerza mucho en brindar un servicio rápido. Hoy tuve la oportunidad de conocer a una adulta mayor que estaba aprendiendo por favor sean ama empaticos y si llega a atenderlos sean pacientes muchos de nosotros llegaremos a esa edad y queremos ser útiles en y para la sociedad.

  This is the absolute worst post office I have ever encountered!! The staff is extremely unprofessional and nasty.. If you call they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I have been calling the entire morning and no answer and this is everyday.. They dropped my package off with a 3rd party vendor on a Sunday and no one can tell me where my package is.. This location needs to be investigated and CLOSED!!!! Or, restaff it with courteous people who are able to execute their jobs professionally and with common courtesy for the customers.. They do not deserve the one star I gave, but there is no option for zero!!!! I am going to take my complaints to the top because they are not helping me find my package and the way I have been spoken to, they don't care at all!!!! I would like to update my review.. Although, I still hold firm on most of what I wrote, I must add that there is one truly professional employee at this location.. Her name is Ms. Thomas.. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist customers.. She is the reason I will continue to patronize this location l!! I can ask for her by name and don’t have to deal with the unpleasant employees who work there.. Kudos to Ms Thomas and thank you for helping me with my mini crisis!!

  Terrible customer service and overall experience. have a package coming for a graduation. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday May 14th according to usps. Then randomly around the time it was supposed to be delivered it says delivered to agent left with individual. Nobody in my household picked up a package and I live in a house not an apartment building. Called USPS and they said they handed it off to a third-party carrier and that it was out of their hands now and they know no information about when it's gonna be delivered. I talked to them in person and they wrote down an address where the third-party carrier would be. Went to the address. Both warehouses there told me that the company that would do that moved to a different address. I went to that address and couldn't find the company for the life of me mostly because I don't have a company name because USPS did not provide me a company name. Graduation was Sunday and it was delivered on Monday by a USPS worker. This means they either lied about handing it off or they had the company information got it back and delivers it. There was no communication at any point. I would’ve happily picked it up from them or other place if they were just honey from the jump.
