- TSThomas ScarlettAug 20, 20261.0Absolutely horrible my husband had a PO Box at the Rockaway Branch he recently passed I was about 2 days late with the payment started getting nasty emails went down there August 8th paid $125 canceled it on August 18th because I didn't receive mail once they gave me back $62 I was paid to February but yet they charge me $67 for 10 days of use I'm the one who has to hunt now for my male lady and tell her to bring me my mail the PO clerk lie to me and said she's Put mail in there every day I've been going down twice a day for 10 10 days and there hasn't been one piece of mail it's disgusting that I was charged $67 for 10 days of use no sympathy for me I talked about my husband's loss and all she said was I put mail in there everyday everyone there is rude nasty and disrespectful. I only gave one store so I could post this I would give a negative five star review stay away from that place like it had like it has radiation around it you better off going across the street the people that LJ Hub are amazing people in that post office a cold rude obnoxious they yell at you they order you around terrible it always has been but the last few months it's become worse one Cerk lines out the door.
