    horrible voice recording/service. Did not understand what I said. To get to a live agent took me 15 minutes to wait on hold then another 10 minutes when I finally hung up. When someone needs a person make it acceptable without jumping through hoops and maybe getting lucky enough to actually speak to a person. Shameful how customers get treated. I see other comments regarding to same issue. Obviously they just don't care.

    The customer service and communication at this location are completely unacceptable. There is a constant bottleneck at the entrance because the front right door is kept locked, forcing everyone—including people carrying heavy packages—to crowd through one side. Inside, the counter service was an absolute nightmare. I brought two boxes to ship to the exact same address. The clerk immediately gave me attitude about needing labels without handing me anything or explaining the process. When the supervisor came over, he blindly defended her and just handed me two separate slips to fill out. Instead of politely explaining the policy—that the system requires a separate handwritten slip for every individual box regardless of destination—they completely failed to communicate. Because I didn't automatically know their unwritten rules, they both chose to treat me like an inconvenience and a problem. A simple, polite explanation would have taken five seconds, but instead, both the clerk and supervisor chose hostility, poor listening skills, and zero professionalism. The thing is like I have been on friendly terms before with other clerks in the past as well as the supervisor here but after this one instance it changed that for me. I don't like being made a problem like I literally just needed two boxes shipped as simple as possible. I don't understand what the reason was for any of this.... I mean I also lost a stack of very important health information from this location as well. It went missing without a Trace and nothing ever came back to me.

    Its an excellent post office. Staffed with efficient personnel. If their is a line they keep it moving. Ample parking and excellent location.
