Before getting up to the counter I watched her aggressively throw packages of others in front of me in a mail carrier cart that was arms reach away. I went in to inquire about picking up a package, that I had a notification had arrived at the facility this morning. In which she responded that they have “3,000 packages in the back and that there’s no way for her to find it unless my package was on a hold” incredibly unprofessional. I’m confused as to why they wouldn’t be able to find it if I have all the proper info for this package. The package was suppose to be delivered well over a week ago. She then attempted to ask if I wanted my package on a hold, which at this point she was pushy trying to get my information to put it on said “hold.” I will be avoiding this office for the future as well as trying to get future packages delivered thru UPS or fedex instead.
