My packages get delivered to other people or they get lost in transit from the actual post office to my house. The carrier is rude and lazy. she does not like to get out of her car to put mail in the box and avoids bringing packages I do receive to my porch. If you have packages coming to you then you're better off picking them up at the post office which may be safer. The customer service at the post office is very friendly.
- CCChristine ChartierOct 4, 20181.0This is really starting to get on our nerves now when we pay for shipping to get here in two days and it’ll say it will be here and it’s never here, on tracking it says they will leave a note but they never do and we never get our mail on time, it’ll be days later. There’s no point in paying extra for shipping anymore since apparently they can’t do their damn job.
