- RSrebecca sAug 15, 20261.0Horrible long lines. they close at 1pm on saturday and are only open during the weekday during work hours. How is anyone supposed to get there? God forbid you don’t want to wake up early to go to the post office nope they close at 1pm now. Horrible customer service.

I waited in a very long line, but when my turn came, the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. They did not listen properly and kept giving excuses instead of helping. No clear guidance was provided, and I was forced to leave without completing my return. This is not acceptable behavior. Staff needs proper customer service training.
