  Shoutout to Dylan for always being super helpful and friendly! He’s quick, reliable, and makes dropping off or picking up packages a breeze. Really great work ethic and always has a good attitude.

  Adrian A was an absolute rock star with the patience of a saint and an eye for detail. I went in asking for a specific size and layout for my flyers. He printed out test pages in black and white first, then color, and then the final printing. This was only supposed to take 10 minutes max. It took about an hour and a half because of course the printer did not like the cardstock that I picked. However, Adrian was amazing and did not complain at all even after I apologized many times. The part I didn't expect was that he set aside the not perfect ones to make sure the final ones were flawless. 11/10 customer service and kindness. 🤩

  I came in because I missed the hours at the Post Office Daniel at The UPS Store in Shirley was absolutely wonderful! He was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and easy while still taking the time to answer my questions. Excellent customer service can really make a difference, and Daniel is a perfect example of that. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure. The Shirley UPS Store is lucky to have him. Thank you, Daniel, for such a great experience!

  Not friendly with clients , I went to store innocently with my beautiful Siberian husky she is a puppy 3 years and little for a her bread and very friendly , did not bark did not do anything … a middle age man told me not to bring any dogs in any regular store I told him that o did not I w that ups was Forbes do g dogs to get ! After few secondes I asked to chat gpt of the policy of ups was accepting g dogs ChatGPT checked and told me that generally yes , ups store are accepting dogs inside the store as nobody was queuing and the store was completely empty the dog was bothering nobody … !! since they are not selling any food , I told him that o have checked and he told me please dot Come back ! This type of attitude is not acceptable ! And I will defenatly try to avoid ups as much as I can !

  I had such a wonderful experience at the UPS Store in Shirley. This was due to the exceptional customer service that Dylan provided to me. He was courteous.and explained the process every step of the way because of the many packages that I needed to return. Dylan is an asset to this UPS Store and the owner should be thankful to have him as an employee. Thank you Dylan. I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
