  When I try to return my small shirt which I already pack well in yellow envolope and sealed properly stilll they do not want to take my Amazon return and want me to buy there yellow envolope and pay 7 dollars for that envelope . They want to charge for tape and stapler and try to rip you off

  Extremely disappointing experience after more than 5 years as a customer. My girlfriend has had a business P.O. Box here for over five years. She has always been respectful to the staff and even brought them cookies and chocolate over the years. For approximately two months, we repeatedly checked her box and it was completely empty, which was extremely unusual because she normally receives business mail and payments. There was always a long line, so we left rather than wait just to ask why. When she finally called, Jackson, the manager, was rude and dismissive. He said a notice had been placed in her box stating that their policy had changed and that mail could no longer simply be addressed in her billing person's name. He essentially said that if she ignored the notice, it wasn't his fault. The problem is, we never received the notice. The box was completely empty. We contacted the owner, who apologized and asked her to text two forms of ID. She did, but heard nothing. She followed up twice with no response. We eventually learned that Jackson considered one ID unacceptable, despite nobody having explained what identification was required. We returned with another ID. Jackson refused to hand her the mail and receipt, placing them on a scale and making her ask, "Are those mine?" He replied, "Yeah." I was there and calmly explained that I had personally checked the box about six times and it was completely empty each time. Jackson continued insisting the notice had been there. I said, "Well, we don't have it." His response: "Well, I don't know what you did with it." My girlfriend said, "That doesn't make any sense. Had we received this notice, we would have given you the needed ID so I could receive my clients' payments!" Instead of apologizing, he continued arguing. This all happened in front of other customers. I have spent years in sales and now own my own business. Customer service means listening and resolving problems respectfully. I honestly don't understand how someone with this approach was given the title of Manager. He desperately needs customer-service training. The other employees have generally been helpful, but after five years, this was the final straw. We will be cancelling the box and moving the business to The United States Post Office (Also, much cheaper than UPS!) Everyone, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Customers who support you for years deserve to feel appreciated, not dismissed.
