- PGPeace Love Paws GroomingJun 9, 20261.0If I could do zero stars I would.Most unprofessional government establishment I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. To make a long story short I’m a business that had a new address change because my building got split up. My mailbox was placed in the wrong spot. MY FAULT. didn’t know I needed approval from the usps to begin with. Then……there’s Steve. Oh Steve. You need a new day job because being a postmaster that handles problems with customers calling to communicate said problems apparently is so far above you because I’ve been waiting for a call from you for 46 days now. Not one call. Not one voicemail. When all I needed was someone to explain to me where my mailbox was supposed to go. When I did talk to him I was very nice and understanding and he told me on may 29th he was coming out that Monday (June 1st) to see the mailbox placement and talk to the carrier to see if it was possible to deliver my mail there or where I had to move it to. Fast forward June 8th no phone call so I call the post office and I’m told “you can talk to Steve but he’s just going to tell you what the decision is he already told you” ALREADY TOLD ME? I said sir I haven’t even received a call from this man telling me what to do and or why. Meanwhile I’m a business that hasn’t been receiving mail or packages for 48 days now. FOURTY EIGHT DAYS. And no one can communicate to call me? When I picked up my packages because they won’t deliver those either until my address is even approved which they messed that up to so I have to wait another 3 weeks for that to be approved. The lady told me if I leave my number with Steve he will call me when he’s done mowing the lawn. Yup mowing the lawn outside . I said okay left my name and number and left without disturbing his clearly real calling which is lawn mowing. So thanks Steve. You’re SO GREAT at the “dealing with humans” part of your job you must just forget to do it most of the time.
