Only when I stated I would file a loss package claim to UPS , they took time to find it. UPS verified it was delivered to the counter, but counter staff never scanned it in

- JHjeffrey HainesFeb 8, 20191.0Due to large amount of snow we requested mail to be held - at the Post Office rather than being delivered with the mailbox door left open which piled up snow in our mailbox. They kept delivering it and leaving the door open which seems to me at least a failure to deliver a good quality service. I watched one girl driving a vehicle that is not drivable from the right side of the car and she leaned all the way over her passenger seat, delivering all the mail, and closing the door. The other driver who seems to be the regula delivery person, is driving her vehicle on the right side of the vehicle and somehow a day or 2 later can’t manage to shut our mailbox door even though we requested it to be held.
