I went in today (a minute before closing) because a important package I was expecting got delivered to the wrong mailbox and she was able to figure the whole thing out, she gathered all the information made some calls and within like 15 minutes the situation was fixed. I don’t usually do reviews but she was really kind and helpful during a time(1 min before closing) where she could have been annoyed.

- EHErica HagenJun 17, 20215.0Donna at the Scotia, NY post office is the best!! She is always so polite, and more than willing to accommodate most any request and help with anything you need. Today, I walked in with a large package to ship out, and she made several suggestions on how I could save some money on postage. Before I knew it, the package was cut apart and shaped back together to form a smaller box formed around the item I was shipping. I would have never thought of that, and thanks to Donna, I saved some money and my item will definitely ship more securely than it would have before in such a large box. Every time I see her there, slamming busy with a line out the door or at a slow moment with not a person in sight, she always has a smile on her face and is the nicest USPO employee I’ve EVER dealt with. A million thanks to Donna, and all the praise in the world!
