Two weeks ago we had a new carrier start that decided without informing us they will no longer deliver packages because we own dogs. Dogs (who have never bitten anyone) are confined to an invisible fence which meets town ordinance in our back yard no where near where a postal worker would deliver. The postal carrier does not even get out to attempt delivery, marks package delivered and drives away. Dogs are now deliberately kept inside between 9-5 and they still wont deliver or attempt. When i went to the post office to try and clear this issue up the postal manager Hans “I dont have to give you my last name because im a federal employee” was rude, kurt, and sophomoric about the issue. This is a real problem costing my family and business income. If you have an issue good luck getting it resolved locally. I had to start a ticket with the usps consumer affairs office to attempt resolution. Still waiting
