DeJoy has really done well at sabotaging the USPS; their reliability, plummeted under his leadership. In my experience, succussful deliveries went from happening almost 100% of the time to maybe 50%. It saddens me to say, but for the first time in my life, I'd recommend using a different delivery service when possible.

The male employee was rude, impatient, and seemed completely incompetent regarding the services he was supposed to provide. It felt like he either didn't know the rules or simply didn't want to help. Very frustrating experience, and I left feeling that my time was wasted.
