- CBCourtney Brewer5 days ago1.0Tried calling to receive help intercepting a piece of important mail- the manager Karen was incredibly rude, shouting on the phone with me, and gave me information I knew to be false. When I asked to speak to someone else who could be kind and helpful she gave me even more attitude and told me that she's the manager and if she can't help me no one can. Which I found astounding- especially since all I asked was "hey it's a Friday at 9 am. I'm asking for help and I'm being kind. Can you just stop yelling at me?" Terrible experience calling for help. Glad I moved.
- RERit EbertJul 22, 20261.0Stopped in today to return an Amazon package with a USPS return label. The two people at the desk barely spoke English so they called a man out from the back who was totally clueless so he went to get “The Manager “ who looked like he couldn’t manage a cold. Between the four of them they still couldn’t figure out what to do so I went up to Staples in Clifton Park and they scanned the label and said there was nothing wrong and can’t figure out what the fools at the Post Office were doing wrong. The Feds need to Privatize the USPS to get some competent workers in there.
