- JPJohn PettyJul 1, 20261.0Every time go to this place they have some kind of problem. They never have anything good to say about anything. The manager is self-centered and all about herself and the other employees can care less. This place just is awful and The people in there need to be fired. I go to other ones and I do not have a problem whatsoever about my packages. But these people all they got everything to talk about. They do not want to do their job. Fire them.

- CBChrissy BaisleySep 25, 20205.0I had a recent issue with packages I was expecting not arriving, and the staff at the Salisbury Mills post office went above and beyond to help me figure out what had happened. In particular, the postmaster was incredibly kind and helpful in dealing with the issue. The problem arose from 2 incorrect shipping labels that had my address wrong, and I’m not sure if that was due to my own error or if it was an issue with my PayPal account auto filling in my address wrong, but in any event, the issue wasn’t the fault of the post office and I truly appreciate all of their help in finding out what had happened. I’ve lived here my whole life and I’ve liked and respected all of the employees over the years, and the current staff is no exception. Thank you again, I truly appreciate it!
