- MRMarcia RossAug 26, 20261.0My complaint is with the perimeter of this location. It is unkept and an eyesore. There's trash along the 195th St side of alo g with overgrown weeds, etc along the side as well as the front. Do something please. The residents on the block try to keep their property looking decent and have to deal with looking at this messy GOVERNMENT property every day.
- THTamara Herrera-SamedyAug 17, 20261.0First off I got there at 4pm been waiting on the line for a long time had no problem I even helped a customer because she didn’t understand to much English I’m translating and when I ask to open the door for me to get out no answer bec they to busy talking and not doing customer service for them to help the clerk in the front so everybody can go home on time so she wanna be rude and tell me if I don’t like it don’t come here bec I knocked on the door Where is the customer service that’s not. Hire ppl there’s a lot of people that want to work. For the supervisor she should be fired immediately no respect telling to come earlier i not once complained about it being hot in there or long lines I kept it to my self. Hire more people
- TETamra EnochAug 11, 20261.0This post office is the WORST. I was instructed on three occasions on a certain date to obtain a new passport. On all three days there was no one available to assist me. On the third day I was told that there were two people in that role. One retired and the other is unreliable. Being informed of that by the manager that was on site on 8/11/2026 proves that the office is not run efficiently.
