- BSBrittany SaleseJun 30, 20261.0I can’t believe I’m actually writing a review for a post office but here we are. I had a very disappointing experience at the Roslyn Post Office today. I came in with my 7-month-old baby and my toddler to ship a package. I needed to purchase a box and some packing tape. The box didn’t even need to be taped shut—it simply needed to be folded together. Because I was holding my baby, I politely asked the employee MUHAMMAD if he could help me assemble the box. His response was, “Why don’t you just put the baby on the table or on the floor?” I was genuinely shocked. I replied, “You really can’t just help me?” At that point, he stared at me blankly with his mouth open. I had already waited in line, and I was the last and only customer in the post office. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a small amount of assistance that would have taken seconds. Suggesting that I put my infant on the floor instead of offering basic customer service was both unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. I left feeling frustrated and upset, and I hope the staff receives better training on how to treat customers with basic courtesy and common sense.
