- AJA JMay 16, 20261.0I was assisted by an employee named Mindy. She appeared to lack knowledge regarding the document process and was not professional in her manner. In addition, her attitude made the experience very unpleasant. I left feeling very disappointed and do not plan to return to this location again.

They never smile, never greet you, their facial expressions say they strongly dislike what they’re doing, or at least strongly dislike the customers (because I’ve heard them in the back chatting away, and they seem pretty social with each other!). You ask them about a USPS service that others use in other parts of the country and they tell you it doesn’t exist, when in reality they probably don’t know about it, and don’t care to learn. Lastly—no one should be allowed to have their AirPods on while on the clock. It’s like dealing with a high school student. These people are at work, they should look and act professional. There are plenty of people looking for jobs—please replace every individual who works at the front desk. Trust me when I say I avoid this post office at all cost, but it’s in my neighborhood, so the 1/2 dozen times I’ve had to use it, it’s been the same story.
