- KBK BJul 11, 20261.0Walked in on a friday july 10th at 4pm and no one was at the window 2 people were standing there already calling out but no one came to the windows. We could hear music but no one responded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

- CPCharmaine ParkerMar 3, 20251.0Unpleasant customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. Employee yelled and expressed he was annoyed, while in front of other customers. There was barely a line in the Roosevelt post office. Was sent away because worker refused to process my passport RENEWAL!! All necessary paperwork was prepared in advance — I only needed him to stamp my application. Had to drive 20 minutes to Garden City location where the process took literally 3 minutes!!! Manager was unhelpful and kept apologizing for employee’s behavior. I wish I could give 0 stars!
