  If I can give them 0 starts I would. They don’t go to the door. Took off of work just to retrieve a package that was 8am to 8 pm!the driver never left a sticker or rang the door. Called upper management and absolutely no sympathy regarding I needed this medication yesterday. They keep none of their workers accountable. Horrible.

  Package returned to store to be refused, 2 days later FedEx delivers the package to me all over again. Completely useless company that can’t even follow their own direction. The package has a green refusal sticker on it!!!!

  I am not sure what goes on at this FedEx shipping hub or their drivers, but my packages are always late once they arrive at the facility. Estimated delivery by FedEx is a joke. I had an overnight priority delivery that required a signature, I stayed home all day waiting for a knock / door bell ring that never came. The FedEx driver just took a photo of my door from a distance, said I wasn’t there (they didn’t even try to knock or ring) & they didn’t leave a door tag for re-delivery. This was for something valuable (hence the signature required) and I find it suspicious that FedEx does not actually try to deliver, perhaps they hope it will get “lost”. I was constantly refreshing the tracking details and called FedEx customer service right away and they said the package would be out for re-attempt delivery by end of day, first they said by 8pm, then they said by 10pm. I have been waiting all day for a package and it still hasn’t arrived. They said worse case scenario is that it will be delivered tomorrow (maybe, because they don’t knock!). Unless you sit outside all day and chase after them, you won’t be getting your package on the correct date. FedEx as a whole needs to update their system to allow for real time tracking, especially when it’s priority shipping. Update: Finally got my package today. Left the front door wide open and barely heard the driver knock on the clear screen door. Does FedEx not utilize the door bell anymore?

  Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Got an update that they attempted to deliver my package 2 days in a row - 0 attempt was made. We were home, there wasn't a knock, there wasn't a slip left behind. Simply a picture of my house from their vehicle. Absolutely horrible. Now I have to go tomorrow to pick it up somewhere else when it's time sensitive and I don't have the time to do it.
