- DADex AntaresApr 20, 20261.0I don't know if this is the right location but at the moment I don't care - FedEx as an entity is downright incompetent. Twice now they've managed to screw up packages for my customers. One has been in customs limbo for over a week, the other was marked out for delivery all day today, now it says it's coming in two days... AND is out for delivery. A decades old logistics company and they can't even get their information straight. I called customer service and in a nutshell they told me the reason... was that they had too many packages to deliver. Why bother even being a company if you're going to give an excuse like that?? If I'd had any other choice for these deliveries I would have taken it. I didn't though. This was the shipper's choice, not mine, and now I and my customers are paying the price for FedEx's gross incompetence.

They showed with our child's refrigerated medicine OUTSIDE OF THE STATED DELIVERY TIME, slapped a sticker on our door, no phone call, and disappeared with my child's medicine. Turned our day completely upside down. We begged FedEx Exoress to come back with our child's medicine, and they flat refused. We never got the medicine. They actually interfered with our son's medical treatment. HORRIBLE!
