Which is not true , they always seal my package and she told me id have to go buy tape and bring the package back . How inconvenient and straight up rude .

When getting a notification that a package wasn’t delivered we tried to call and talk to someone to see what was going on. I have tried to call at least 6 times and each time they send the phones directly to their “busy line”. Completely ridiculous and there is no reason that we cannot speak to someone regarding this issue. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with USPS.
