  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AT THE Rockville Centre, NY Post Office 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Last week I went to the Freeport NY Post Office to purchase postage for an outgoing package that I needed to send to a friend. As usual, the line was long with one postal worker responsible for attending to approximately 16 customers on line and more customers walking in as I stood on line. I waited approximately 5 minutes on line and the line didn’t move. In my frustration, I walked out of the Post Office and drove 5 minutes to the Rockville Centre NY Post Office. When I arrived in front of the Post Office in Rockville Centre there was available parking. My experience; this post office had 3 agents attending customers. There were 11 customers on line and 3 more customers came in and joined me on line. The line moved quickly and efficiently. I concluded my business in approximately 7 minutes. When it was my time to approach the counter, I was greeted with a smile by Postal Worker Sharlene. Hello Sir, How can I help you today. Her greet was professional and welcoming. I concluded my transaction in less than two minutes. Now that’s the kind of service each customer should receive at every Federal Government Post Office. Needless to say, all my future postal transactions will be transacted in Rockville Center. I’d rather drive 5 minutes out of my way for a professional, helpful and caring experience than stand in line for 30 - 40 minutes. Thank you Sharlene and the Post Master of Rockville Centre for running and operating a professional Organization - Business. This consumer appreciates you efforts to raise the bar in operations and wanted to personally thank you. 👏👏👏

  Dropped off a package. Large, clean facility. One pleasant, fast moving employee. No issues parking. Ramps or stairs going up. Lots of boxes inside, plus a do-it-yourself machine. No issues. ♿️

  Paid $36.00 for overnight delivery. Dropped off package at 1031am with GUARANTEED delivery by today 6pm. Package left the post office at 147 yesterday and reached Jamaica Queens at 230 today. What an absolute Joke. Still hasn't even departed Jamaica Queens, I could have crawled on my hands and knees to Jamaica quicker than it took my paperwork to make it 25 minutes from its originating destination in 36 hours and for it to not make it where it was supposed to be delivered within the guaranteed timeframe. Waited 20 minutes on hold for assistance from usps who were equally as useless. They need to be investigated.
