- KSKianah SJan 18, 20251.0Had quite an experience with Ms. Reina today. I walked in for my appointment while she was organizing packages in the back…at least that’s what it looked like. She approached me with an unnecessary nasty attitude. As I’m trying to convince her to allow me to attend my already booked appointment for my passport, she kept finding every way to say no. Then to top it off I told her all I’m trying to do is get my photo done and expedite my passport. Before I could finish speaking she cuts me off and says “They are telling us that it won’t come for 6 weeks,” not only was she wrong but I kindly informed her that the routine process is 4 - 6 weeks and expedited take 2 - 3 weeks which everyone is well aware of since it’s shown on a government website so how “they” told you that and didn’t bother updating their site is beyond me. This location already canceled my previous appointment because they didn’t have anyone available to conduct the passport process then I had to encounter this unprofessional and unethical young lady and STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN MY PASSPORT INFORMATION OR PHOTO COMPLETED. Looking back at the previous reviews I don’t know how they haven’t replaced these people with more experienced and professional people.
