- MSMariya SkreydelApr 28, 20262.0There is a lady who works behind the counter who is probably one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered. She’s flippant and unhelpful (at best) and combative at worst. If you ask her a question, she just retorts with a sarcastic remark. I was shipping something via express mail and had to select whether I would accept an electronic signature from the recipient in lieu of a hand-written one. I didn’t know if there was a benefit to requesting a hand-written signature, so I asked the significance of the question and her response was “because everyone has a choice now” in a tone that suggested that she believed they shouldn’t. She gets really combative when people ask for clarification (I noticed this in several of her interactions with other customers as I waited in line), and this has been the case every time I’ve interacted with her to this location. I would give this location one star, but the other gentleman who works there is very kind and informative so I gave it two stars. It’s otherwise a very neat and organized location, and it’s disappointing that such an unhelpful and condescending person works there.

While it make not be the fault of the desk personnel at the post offices I’ve visited to rectify this situation … personnel isn’t being paid to make fun of or otherwise treat customers like crap. The woman behind the desk at this post office… I have no idea how she has a job at all. She should be fired immediately. I have never encountered such rudeness and hate. I am pursuing a formal complaint in the correct sector to handle the mistreatment I endured.
