I pay on time and they send this back as the fee somehow was raised. I can't pay at local branch, so I mail check. No mail for 18 days. Terrible service. Days are numbered in business.

Oh, and 3 different answers. Update - someone reviewed one of my calls and the last representatives that I spoke with earlier called me back to clarify information. She was very nice and wanted to make sure I was good with the info provided. I told her I appreciated her calling back.

I simply asked to see my packages, which I had just dropped off. She was extremely rude in retrieving them for me and even told me to move my foot so that she could give them to me without it closing on her. She was visibly angry that I had warned a person wearing a Trump shirt. I’m not sure why she was so upset, considering that it’s our president and, in fact, her boss.
