- EGEva Ger1 day ago1.0Second time this office is letting me down once when I had to ship somthing overseas and they didn't tell me what service I need to track it all the way to destination I could only track it while in US once left I could not and the item was lost they did nothing about it,today I needed photos for passport and 1 the older lady said they don't do it without an appointment which was a lie because I called that day and was told you can just walk in if it's just photos and 2 the lady said we are short of staff which ia also a lie because there were 3 clerks there and only one person behind me! I had to go to another location and get it DONE without an appointment!

- CMConnie MillerMay 11, 20261.0Waited in line at this post office for over 20 minutes to be told by one of their postal clerks that they can’t tape a label on my package so it can be sent back to sender. Her reply “ we don’t supply tape, you have to first buy the tape”. Absolutely unacceptable. It wasn’t a Gift box to tape up it was a 2x3 label.
