- GKG KJul 30, 20261.0Bought 100 stamps that would not stick to envelopes. Latta Road USPS manager refused to replace the defective product. Told me to "buy some glue". So I wrote President Trump and recieved a reply (from Donald J Trump - assume it was staff personell) thanking me for pointing out this issue and that my complaint was forwarded to the appropriate office in DC. Later got a letter from Manager of Government relations telling me to bring stamps back to Latta Road and see the Assist. Manager who actually did replace my defective stamps. One star because I had to get the White House involved in order to have defective USPS product replaced. By the way phoned this post office 37 times during open hours and nobody ever answered. This is why USPS has lost over $16 billion in past 20 years. Such a shame.
- EGEva GerJul 9, 20261.0Second time this office is letting me down once when I had to ship somthing overseas and they didn't tell me what service I need to track it all the way to destination I could only track it while in US once left I could not and the item was lost they did nothing about it,today I needed photos for passport and 1 the older lady said they don't do it without an appointment which was a lie because I called that day and was told you can just walk in if it's just photos and 2 the lady said we are short of staff which ia also a lie because there were 3 clerks there and only one person behind me! I had to go to another location and get it DONE without an appointment!

- CMConnie MillerMay 11, 20261.0Waited in line at this post office for over 20 minutes to be told by one of their postal clerks that they can’t tape a label on my package so it can be sent back to sender. Her reply “ we don’t supply tape, you have to first buy the tape”. Absolutely unacceptable. It wasn’t a Gift box to tape up it was a 2x3 label.
