When I walked inside, there wasn't anyone at the desk so I waited. 7 minutes went by and since there wasn't a bell to ring, I walked back outside and re-entered to see if the noise of the door would alert someone. Nothing. I finally gave up and went to the Gates location. I would like to assume that they were taking a bathroom break, but there wasn't a sign saying so.
