All they responsible is $35 refund… And they don’t care about the service you paid for. 7/31/26 paid 2 days service 8/6/26 still waiting for delivery Worst customer service ever Will not spend any penny to ups again.. This store says we are not ups… She said your packages with ups and call them. I talked with 4 different customers service all 4 said something different including last location for package.. can’t trust them..
