  Kind and helpful staff. But I spent >$600 having this location pack and ship fine crystal and china. It was poorly packed, and there was $1800 worth of damaged items including a priceless crystal bowl. Insured for $7000, so the UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee should cover it, right? NOPE. Months and months of run-around where the store keeps submitting the claim to "UPS Corporate since UPS damaged the items" and UPS keeps rejecting the claim since the items were improperly packed to begin with. Store refuses to cut me a check or explain how they will resolve this. And the friendly guy suddenly became rude and angry with me. I ended up having to file a small-claims lawsuit just to get my claim handled, but they still haven't resolved it yet.

  The woman who staffed the store on February 17, 2024 - the woman who identified herself as the store manager - was probably the rudest person I've run into in a very long time. I arrived at the store at 3:30, 30 minutes before the store was scheduled to close without what this woman needed to create a return label. I found what she needed, and I got to the door again 5 minutes before closing, just as she was locking up. "We're closed", We're closed", "We're closed". Two of us were turned away. I'd walk to Buffalo before I'd try to do access this store again.

  I've never had any issues at any UPS store except for today. There was an employee (female with gray stripe of hair) that was very unpleasant to deal with.

  Don't waste your time at this store. Tried to drop off an Amazon return. Female employee was both extremely unfriendly and incompetent. She insisted that the item needed to be returned to Kohl's. I know Kohls handles Amazon returns - but not all returns and I had the label code and instructions with me. She still would not even try to scan the code. Incompetent.
