I emailed a bighead order and was emailed back exactly when told I would be for confirmation and emailed again when order was ready. Quick service, great communication, spectacular employees!

Now, I consider them the worst; they are at the very bottom of my list of preferred carriers for sending or receiving packages. If supervisors or management were to check the GPS data for the routes being driven while deliveries are underway, the drivers would certainly get a stern reprimand or a warning. They seem to love wasting fuel and time. Why don't they organize packages by street or proximity? I track my incoming packages via GPS and watch as the truck drives right past my house—taking my package for a joyride—only to return to the area they had just passed to drop off another package. They lack any organization regarding packages for the same street or route. They might drive past my house with my package three times while I’m watching the GPS and seeing it’s the delivery driver. Their service these days is terrible.
