  Returned a package to Nike and it was stolen. Nike said they did not receive the return but UPS marked it as delivered.

  Brought a package in to return today, and it was in the bag it came in and when I got to the front desk the lady there, long black hair, said that oh if its a customer package you have to make sure you tape it up before returning the package otherwise next time ill charge you. She was mean about it and it takes 2 seconds out of her day to tape something up so thats just pure laziness and I didnt appreciate her tone she wa just being mean. Ive returned things there before and used the kiosk which is all good depending on if it works that day, and ive returned things in the package at the desk and NEVER had anyone threaten to charge me to tape a package its just really rude. Next time ill tape it but didnt think it was that big of a deal honestly.

  Caucasion male in this location advised no receipt for a dropoff!! Told me trust him never heard of this before terrible location i have to drive to another location. 05–13-26 6pm. Told him im social distancing he gets offended giving me a hard time while he helps one customer for 10 minutes
