  Caucasion male in this location advised no receipt for a dropoff!! Told me trust him never heard of this before terrible location i have to drive to another location. 05–13-26 6pm. Told him im social distancing he gets offended giving me a hard time while he helps one customer for 10 minutes

  I went to this store today ant 6:35pm and was treated incredibly poorly. I was getting assistance with making a label for my package by a woman named Katie. I had to do overnight shipping which cost $120, and that isn’t cheap by any means. The receiver was going to cover the shipping costs so I had to verify quickly over text if that amount was okay with them. Took about 30 seconds, during that time Katie told me that “the store closes in a few minutes” I looked at the time and it was 6:40. I did respond that I thought the store closed at 7pm. I decided to go for the overnight shipping, and as I was about to pay I said I would hurry because the store closed in a few minutes even thought it’s only 6:40. Just stating the obvious. Katie then raised her voice at me telling me that I’m extremely rude for what I said, I simply replied that there is no need to talk to me that way, I am 7 months pregnant cannot be under that kind of stress. She proceeded to continue to act that way, I did start to cry because i honestly have never been treated like that before especially as a paying customer. She switched registers with her male coworker Sam, and told him to “deal with her because I can’t”. She then continued to yell about me to a random customer she was helping, saying that “just because she’s 7 months pregnant and having a bad day doesn’t mean I’m not having a bad day” I just cried and continued to ask her to stop. At this point I’m pretty much sobbing because I feel so belittled, and the male worker said he doesn’t understand what happening, and then just continued to cash me out. I paid for my shipping, and asked if I could have a number to call someone and report this, and was told to just call the store in the morning. I walked out still crying, and told both Sam and Katie to have a good rest of their evening, Katie said she was sorry. Honestly sorry does not cut it. I have worked in customer service for years, and never once would I treat a customer like that let alone a human being. After knowing that I am also 7 months pregnant as well, and she continued to yell at me, and then talk about my pregnancy to a random customer to try and get a reaction out of me is beyond me. My cortisol levels were extremely high, and this experience caused extreme stress to my unborn child and I, it was absolutely disgraceful. I hope this situation can be addressed. I was at the store 4/20/2026 at 6:35-6:40. Hopefully camera footage can be looked at to see how this situation was handled.
