  Workers are nice and I only give 5 star reviews. We want to uplift people right? But $3.15 a roll for a 9 pack of thermal paper at $27.99 is a crime against humanity or something

  While I typically have a good experience here with the store and employees, I am outraged by what just happened. I do not appreciate being hassled with sexist comments then sexually harassed when all I wanted to do was simply return an Amazon order. If you go, please avoid Dwight, saving you from him asking you if you want a massage or to tell you you're too pretty to know things. This was a horrible experience and makes me question the ethics of the company.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my child mistakenly left her glasses at this store in June. We called to inquire about them within less than 24 hours. The next morning I called the store to inquire and was advised by a “Store manager” by the name of MIKE that he had them in hand and would place the glasses in a locked safe. Within 48 hours after this incident until today 9/15/26, my daughter’s brand new glasses are unaccounted for by the management and staff of the building. I had multiple conversations with the “manager” BRIAN. I even emailed a call log, PER HIS REQUEST to check the cameras in hopes to come to a conclusion as to where this MIKE placed the glasses. Finally, the conclusion is, PER BRIAN, was to contact the corporate office. Apparently this MIKE HAS MEMORY LOSS and doesn’t recall where he placed them. We can’t do anything and cannot locate the glasses. I am positive that I’ve shopped this store for my business much longer than these people, which are poor investments, have been employed here, I’m sure. I will make sure that my business goes elsewhere and now I’m stuck paying for another pair of designer glasses, which were only 2 weeks old. Additionally, the integrity of this company is terrible and their managers are thieves.
