I needed to get 1500 buisness cards printed asap for next day . I called at 6.30pm and Jen who worked in printing answered . She was friendly , tentative and really went out of her way to get my job in record time. I am very thankful to her amazing customer service . Staples is very blessed to have an employee that cares and has great work ethic. Thank you…Jen.

2 stars. I've gone to this location twice to get something printed, I usually order online prior to noon, and get it by the end of the day as is their policy. I had a great experience so I ordered again, this time I sent the order in at 1pm on a wednesday. Thursday at 5pm (28 hours later) I stopped into pick it up, only for the guy at the print shop to tell me (condescendingly) that not only was it not done, it was not even started, when I asked him why it wasn't even started yet he told me You have to order it before noon to get it same day, and anything thats ordered after that is sent to the end of the queue so the morning orders can get done. I ordered it the day before. so they are able to get a print job done in less than 7 hours if you order in the morning, but if you order the day before it takes more than 24 hours. I was confused on why that was, and I told him to just cancel the job and I find a local printing place to do it. Corporate Staples said that is NOT the policy, so idk I think this dude was covering his butt for not starting the print job. Super annoying. My first experience with the woman at the print shop was good, so thats where the 2 stars come from. I won't return to the print shop at this location, but make sure you order before noon if you want it in less than 24 hours, otherwise they move it to the end of the queue.

Today is October 8th 4:45 PM. Went inside to get my coffee k cups when I came on the counter lady who is working she was already arguing with customer and the customer was very upset by her behavior. that customer call manager, manager came even the lady who was on a counter. She started kind of fighting with her own manager then my turn came I Ask her if you do price match she very rudely said no although it is not true I always buy coffee from staple and staple always prize match. What are route customer service no etiquette no respect for anyone not even for her or manager ???
