  FedEx misplaced 1 of the 3 boxes set for delivery that required a signature last Monday. When they came the following 2 days to complete the remainder of the delivery I was unable to follow any tracking information to try and make sure I was available at the delivery time which was partially on the supplier I ordered from for only supplying 1 tracking number even though there was 3 separate boxes. I was called Wednesday evening just before 8pm that the package would be at the facility for pickup - no big deal but I was unable to get there before the end of the week. I go in to pick it up this morning and the woman I was working with had some confusion about what could have happened to it and I gave her all the information (tracking number supplied by the supplier I ordered from, picture of the sticker left on the door, etc) I had, after some time she was able to find that this morning it was set for return and that was processed by the gentleman working the counter and when she asked him all he said was "who's to say, it could be anywhere" as he shrugged his shoulders which I found a little rude to say to his coworker but that's between them. However following that he decided to tell me that I "had more than enough time to pick it up" That's where I draw the line, FedEx failed to make the whole delivery on the first stop because the driver couldn't find the box when it would have been fine and the fact this guy makes an impression that I should have changed my schedule and inconvenienced myself on the short notice of 2 working days. The only reason I have a second star here is because the woman I dealt with really worked with me to get this figured out and was able to locate the package and I was very happy with the effort and service she provided but I could tell even she was bothered by her coworkers unnecessary and unhelpful commentary. I wouldn't be leaving this review if he had said nothing rather than what he did choose to say

  My package required a signature so I took 2 days off work because the 2-day delivery was a day late. I sat in my office right by the door all day and received a “attempted to deliver”. Never heard a knock. I checked my cameras and the delivery person never knocked! Never left a note! Nothing. They took a picture of the door and left. Incompetent and lazy employees with zero accountability are creating such a bad name for FedEx. I would never recommend using FedEx to anyone, especially this facility.

  I go here a lot. For the most part the workers are knowledgeable. Sometimes I walk in and no one is at the counter and I have to wait. There is no bell or any official way to get someone's attention.
