  I’ve been with the company for a while now they’ve got me what I consider the best job I’ve ever had back in 2024. I was re-introduced earlier this year and I met Carmen who actually did a better job than the last recruiter and got me an even better job. NO CAP FIVE STARS!!

  Adecco Staffing in Rochester NY has been perfectly helpful and very efficient in finding me a great job with a great company very quickly and very close to home (short commute is good during these times). I was essentially matched based on my skills, experience, resume, and my wants / what I was looking to do. Andrew Pakan is the guy who helped me with this job placement. I was placed very quickly and in a very professional and acceptable way. No gimmicks, no wasted time, no empty promises. Adecco got it right with me. You see, I moved to Rochester in 2020. With my move, I brought my e-commerce business and plenty of skills to the local workforce. When I moved to Rochester to buy my first home, I found some decent yet not very long lasting jobs through places like Indeed. I also worked with Robert Half when I first moved here and that place really set me up to fail, promised the best and delivered the absolute worst. Its been a bit of a rollercoaster with trials and errors and lots of learning since I've been here. I even tried to expand my business in a local capacity but frankly the market just wasn't up to par with the goods I have to offer compared to another place and time as we all know markets change and so does supply and demand. Needless to say, Adrew Pakan hooked me up with a perfect fit and I hope for continued success at my new position for a very long time. If I could work where I work through retirement, I would. I'm used to working much higher stress types of jobs but this one fits my personality and mentality more. Also, other staffing agencies around here are a joke in my experience. I've gotten literally nowhere with any of them. Thank you Adecco Rochester and Andrew for taking me seriously and doing a job well done. From one professional to another, I appreciate you.

  The Adecco staff has been completely cordial and professional. They have also demonstrated tremendous courtesy in replying to texts, emails, and even answering the phone when I had questions. My experience has been pleasant. They have been quick and efficient and motivated to get me to work

  I love Adecco. Carmen Martinez (Senior Recruiter from Rochester, NY) is the BEST recruiter I’ve ever encountered and have have the pleasure to work with. I literally called her on a Tuesday, interview was set for Wednesday, I started the following Monday. She’s an amazing person and she will absolutely fight for her employees. Adecco is a great staffing agency, Carmen is an even better human. She gets it done, she makes it happen so I have nothing but love and respect for her. She’s been a HUGE help in my life. THANK YOU CARMEN MARTINEZ!!!!
