One star because the young lady who works there is actually very kind, professional, and always willing to help customers. Unfortunately, the male employee is the complete opposite. Extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful every single time. He refuses to accept packages and keeps making excuses, saying they only take a few at a time. The way he treats people feels disrespectful and very uncomfortable. Customer service at this location seriously needs improvement.

The guy working at the counter was very friendly and efficient Helping me ship my package. I was in and out in 5 minutes. By far are the best USPS experience i’ve had in the city - well worth taking the train over from bushwick!

This place is unreal. I show up about 2 times a week and it seems that they’re either always on lunch or they have a line out the door and there’s only ever a single clerk. Makes zero sense. I came today at 12:50 snd the sign for lunch was up already „1-2:30” is just untrue and again unreal. Needs new management desperately for such a busy location.

There is a bearded guy working there who is very rude and seems racist. His behavior is different toward people of different races or faiths. He talks in a way that makes it seem like he doesn’t want to provide service.
This is not the first time he has behaved like this toward me and my wife. Every time we go there—whether to post a letter or ask a question—he ends up scolding us and does not behave properly.
We had only 5 small packages (12x12x12), and he scolded us for bringing too many. If there was a limit or space issue, he could have politely explained instead of being rude and disrespectful.
People should be aware of this behavior. If he is representing USPS, he should act professionally. He needs proper training, and management should address this. There is no place for this kind of behavior.
