Lady rudely told me I have to use the self service machine if I have a qr code but in no other post office have I ever been told I can’t just drop it off at the register. You’re going to make me wait in line then tell me that? And then on top of that I went to use the machine and the machine told me I have to use the counter. Extremely unprofessional staff
