  Please tell Michael that he’s the best ever and thanks for dealing with my chaos with a missing package (USPS fault not UPS). I really appreciate it as I know you were closing. Thanks for checking for me. You made my day. I hope you get a raise and a promotion! you deserve all of the credit for being awesome! I’m happy you were able to check for me. Relieved Usps delivered it to the UPS store. i’m so happy I decided to rent a PO Box with y’all!

  I came here to drop off my phone, but I was told they weren’t accepting any more phone drop-offs, which I understand. My issue was he just took another customers phone right before me…. I feel discriminated and I want to take further actions The tall, light-skinned Hispanic gentleman wearing a hat was extremely rude to me and several other customers. He spoke disrespectfully, had an unprofessional attitude, and made the experience uncomfortable for everyone in the store. A business can have rules, but there’s no reason customers should be treated that way. I was really disappointed because this seems like a nice store, and I’d expect much better customer service. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a more positive experience.

  Waited over 30 minutes during “open hours” but no one was here. Came back another time and waited 30 minutes in a line just to find out they don’t have a working scanner or printer for documents but advertised online that they did.

  Luis was amazing, so kind and helpful!!! GREAT energy! I usually go to a different location and the staff is never helpful so this was a breath of fresh air
