She is a shining example of customer service and professionalism, in a world where it is becoming hard to find. Not only is she always super friendly and welcoming, she's usually running the place by herself more efficiently than offices that are fully staffed run. Just now I stopped in quick on my break as there was a customer online with a big order in front of me. Instead of making me wait, she snuck me in while the customer was looking up something on their phone to get me in and out. Simple things like that show that not only is she aware of the situation but she's going above and beyond to help make everyone's experience great. And I truly appreciate that.
