  I am extremely concerned about the conduct of a mail carrier who recently delivered to my residence. ASHLEY M Instead of properly sorting the mail, she placed mail belonging to different tenants together, including mail for neighbors against whom I have an active restraining order due to safety concerns. When my husband tried to get her attention and explain the issue, she became argumentative and repeatedly stated that she did not need her federal job and did not care. As she walked away, she continued using profanity and turned around smiling as if she were trying to provoke the situation. This behavior was unprofessional, careless, and especially alarming because mishandling our mail could expose private information or force unwanted contact with individuals we are legally protected from. I no longer feel safe or comfortable with this carrier handling our mail. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, investigates the incident, and ensures our mail is delivered separately and correctly going forward. She also called the police and lied stating we treated her and harassed her when that was far from the truth I called her the b word bc she said I don’t need this federal job and kept provoking me but never once threatened her

  The woman working the front desk needs to learn how to respect customers. A very rude lady with nothing good to say. So much attitude. Made my post office experience horrible.

  I recently stopped by there to ship off some clothes on Vinted. The older women working was not friendly she displayed an extremely poor attitude and most certainly did not offer good customer service she was rude and not helpful at all. I left there to ship my stuff in the Eastgreenbush post office where they were friendly and kind to me. This women should not be working in customer service! She is definitely making you all look bad.

  Unfortunately the customer service. Employee. Went up to the counter to mail my envelope asked about having a return receipt told me I needed to fill out the form sent me back to the counter where there were no pens .the wait line had increased .Not an issue. The customer service desk counter was the only place where there were pens available. I filled out the receipt ticket and the gentleman that was going to be next offered to let me go before hi I got up to the counter to mail my envelope and, Cashier be there said, "Are you aware that you cut in front of these people" and I turned around,and said no he said he offered to let me go in front of him. She refused to process my mail. Redirected me back to the line.understand why she took it upon herself to talk about courtesy as she was being very discourtesy to me. I'm not usually a complainer you know everybody has a bad day but this cashier for some reason is always in different and demeanor is aggressive towards me. it's a small community we live in so I'm not sure if she recognize me as somebody she doesn't like. I'm not sure but I'll be sure to go to a different post office for now on
