I recently stopped by there to ship off some clothes on Vinted. The older women working was not friendly she displayed an extremely poor attitude and most certainly did not offer good customer service she was rude and not helpful at all. I left there to ship my stuff in the Eastgreenbush post office where they were friendly and kind to me.
This women should not be working in customer service!
She is definitely making you all look bad.

Unfortunately the customer service. Employee. Went up to the counter to mail my envelope asked about having a return receipt told me I needed to fill out the form sent me back to the counter where there were no pens .the wait line had increased .Not an issue. The customer service desk counter was the only place where there were pens available. I filled out the receipt ticket and the gentleman that was going to be next offered to let me go before hi I got up to the counter to mail my envelope and, Cashier be there said, "Are you aware that you cut in front of these people" and I turned around, and said no he said he offered to let me go in front of him. She refused to process my mail. Redirected me back to the line.understand why she took it upon herself to talk about courtesy as she was being very discourtesy to me. I'm not usually a complainer you know everybody has a bad day but this cashier for some reason is always in different and demeanor is aggressive towards me. it's a small community we live in so I'm not sure if she recognize me as somebody she doesn't like. I'm not sure but I'll be sure to go to a different post office for now on

The older lady who works here knows nothing about her job and told me it was impossible to send a prepaid postage letter/envelope. I went to another post office and they did it easily. I ended up just leaving almost in tears because she is very rude and terrible to customers. Will not be going back.

I have been getting my pay stubs mailed to my address for about 2 months and everyone of the envelopes have been tampered with, either half way opened or fully opened. You can tell that the worker thinks it’s a check that they are opening. I also had a cashiers check sent to me that I have been waiting on for over a month. I’m sure that I will never see that. I am sure it’s a worker because I have a key operated mailbox so no one else has access to my mail. That means you have crooks operating your business. This is rediculous and it’s done so boldly.Almost unreal of the world we live in now. Who can you trust?
