  I just had to tell my kid that we can't go to Disneyland because of UPS. I had a package that is signature required for absolutely no reason. This saga starts off great. Package says it's lost as soon as it's shipped. Even though it's lost I can track it and see it go from City to City to City until it's in the state next to mine. Still no delivery date though. 7:00 a.m. on a Wednesday morning I get an email. Your package will be delivered today between 9:00 a.m. And 2:00 p.m.. So I have to take the day off to get this package. 2:00 p.m. rolls around and I get an alert. Delivery will now be between 2:00 p.m. And 6:00 p.m. around 5:00 p.m. I get another alert. Package will be delivered before 9:00 p.m. I spend the entire day at my house and the package never showed up. The next day I get an alert. Package will be delivered between noon and 2:00 p.m.. Great. I'll take a half day. I get home at 11:30. 6pm rolls around and no package. I wait until 9:00 p.m. And figure they aren't coming again so I go to the store. My camera goes off at 9:13 p.m.. I beg the guy to leave it there. Sorry it has to be signed for. I asked if it can be left at a UPS store. Nope can't do that because it's hazmat. We will reschedule delivery for tomorrow. I get an email. My package will now be delivered Friday between 9:00 a.m. And 2:00 p.m. So I take another day off. I'm sitting here and 11:00 rolls around and I see they change the time. Now instead of 9:00 a.m. To 2:00 p.m. It's 2:00 p.m. To 6:00 p.m. I wait a little longer I get another alert. I think it's a duplicate of the same email because it says 2:00 p.m. To 6:00 p.m.. I sit here it is now 5:47 and I just realized the second email I got was rescheduling delivery for tomorrow 2:00-6:00 PM. Saturday. I work Saturday. So if you're keeping score this will be 3 and 1/2 days I'll have to take off of work to get a package if they show tomorrow. We had a Disney vacation planned for June but that's not going to happen now because I was forced to waste my vacation time on UPS. Staying home for 3 days will cost me over $1,000 but realistically I'm saving about $5,000 not going on this Disney vacation. All because of a $50 package. If I order an Uber. I know within about a 5-minute window of when they will be at my door. Why is this not possible for UPS? This is the face of my daughter when I told her we were not going to Disneyland. I wish I could do two and a half Stars because it's really 50/50. I wasted the better part of a week but I'm gonna be up $4000 because of it.

  The UPS Store has convenient hours, location, and parking. Closer to my home than the local USPS post office, better and consistently better service and delivery. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff - especially Jay at this store # 5323.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I went in to ship two packages—one domestic and one to Canada. The employee was polite, but failed to mention that higher-value international shipments can incur customs taxes and fees. When I called the store to address the issue, the manager actually hung up on me mid-conversation and later called back saying she would “try to help,” which led to nothing. The owner also called, but the conversation was completely unhelpful and basically just confirmed there was nothing they would do. Now the package is stuck in customs and I’m being forced to pay $114 in fees or the package will be discarded. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. As a UPS franchise, this location is doing a poor job representing the
