It’s been more than 5 days, and Amazon still doesn’t show that the package has been dropped off. What’s going on here? This seems very suspicious. Please don’t use Staples for Amazon returns. Amazon needs to take action or stop allowing Staples to handle return drop-offs if they’re unable to process them promptly.

The cashier, Malachi, was attentive and while following what appeared to be protocol he needed someone of what I assume a leadership role to witness packaging. A woman by the name of Stephanie or Chelsea came over with no priority to the long line of customers and arrived with a look of disgust and annoyance towards Malachi and myself. While snarling her lip she said passively under her breath people just need to go to UPS. Then she glared at me. That woman should NOT be in a customer service role disrespecting customers or fellow workers. Especially as a leader. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone to be spoken to like that. Malachi is owed an apology by that woman leader and she needs some serious customer service development. Malachi deserves some recognition for his ability to remain calm and professional despite the disrespect he was given while doing his job and following protocol. Staples, do better by staff and customers by removing such toxicity. Malachi gets a ***** from me for his professionalism and service. This * is for the woman.
