  I think I'm being generous giving this chain 2 stars...... Corporate closed 1 store 30 minutes north of this location. Whenever I travel to this location better then 50% of the time..... It's no longer carried at this location..... Ordering online is great but loyalties are challenged..... Since I was forced online and not limited by my geography ..... I've shifted my buying to a different retailer with an A....... Boxes, tape, other shipping supplies..... All for less money........ The employees helped maintain at least 2 stars..... They are all very helpful

  Not sure whats going on at this location 🤔 but there seems to a issue with staffing. The Amazon return line is like a gauntlet. Staff are spread between tending to the Amazon returns, sales floor and register. However, please do not take your frustrations out on customers. We dont deserve that. There’s a manager there that's always calm and helpful. I wish I remembered his name. He seems to hold the place together which why I gave it this Staples 2 stars 🌟 instead of 1. I hope it gets 🙏🏽 better!

  Very terrible service from Morgan. I showed up at 8:30am because google says the store hours are 8am not 9am on Weekdays. I waited 30 minutes just for the store to open to print my resume. I was told you no longer print from online codes so I wouldn’t be able to get it on the proper paper. I then printed it myself on regular paper and asked if she could copy it onto thicker paper and she said “That would take an hour.” Why in the world would one copy of a print I just paid for take an entire hour? I am clearly dressed for an interview and asked to print my resume so it’s common sense that this is a necessity on a time crunch. She was cutting paper and really couldn’t stop to help me make one copy? I find that extremely hard to believe and feel it was just a complete lack of common courtesy. I sincerely hope Morgan would get better treatment if she came in anxious about an interview, especially after waiting outside for 30 minutes. I spend over $200 in Staples printing every year, I am an Easy Rewards member. I’ve had banners and business cards made here - Never Again. This was Totally unacceptable and I’ll be finding a new place to print from now on.

  Service here is terrible. There’s one guy here who actually helps everyone. He’s the cashier and does UPS returns for Amazon. He’s actually friendly and helpful. He should run the store. Everyone else just shuffles you around as they stare at their screens. I felt like I was in a pinball game. Sad. Very sad.
