Three days of “you’ll get it by end of day” with no confirmation of having the package at all. “It wasn’t scanned but it might be on a truck” is so negligible it’s outrageous. Especially when the item is worth hundreds of dollars and I paid extra for express shipment to have it by the 28th, at this point I won’t get my package till well after the holiday. There’s a reason you scan the package. It’s to keep track of it. 👍 management is just oblivious and doesn’t actually care. I’m almost positive they stole the item.

I had also purchased a banner for my daughters 16th birthday and Samantha helped me then as well. Thanks to her, my projects looked exactly how I wanted them too. I will never go to another Fed Ex and I recommend this store!

They will print another lable for 2 day delivery instead of the FedEx 5 day home and ground. Please use any other FedEx but this one the manager here is no good
