- PAPaul andpascal2 days ago4.0I've been to this post office about 10 times since I moved to Rego park. I have to say, the ladies there are always polite and helpful.
- MCMark CrescasAug 18, 20261.0If I could put 0 stars I would. Yesterday, I went to the post office . I spoke with some agent at the front desk. I told her my package is in Brooklyn but since it hasn’t moved in 2 days to get a supervisor since I know Brooklyn has a tendency to mess up deliveries. She ignored me said I should have the package in a few days. Later last night my package got to TX instead of Queens or Rego Park. I went today again & spoke with the male supervisor. He was clueless. He didn’t even see the package was in Bklyn yesterday. I had to show my phone to him so he saw it was in Bklyn. I asked him countless times to reach out to whoever in TX so the package can make it back to Rego Park in a day or 2. He said he couldn’t do anything. I cursed even though I shouldn’t have & he basically refused to help. I was saying if u were the customer & same thing happened to u, wouldn’t u be upset

This location had its doors unlocked by a young woman at 8:29AM (one minute early) with a cheery “Good Morning!” I was fourth in line, but was helped after a 55 second wait. And I was helped cheerfully and professionally. An excellent experience. ♿️

Went down stairs and the mail man was there so I ask for my package and he said shouting he was busy ? I ask him for his name and he began yelling and insulting me! He he said he didn’t have the package!!! From USPS AT REGO PARK THIS “ mailman” should be reprimanded! USPS TRACKING 9434 6081 0624 5359 2163 07 Where is my package???? Why is next ??? Thank You!!!
