  Worst service ever. The kids who works there don’t move . They are very ,super slow to do the job . Even if the line is going around the corner. It’s insane.

  I've never had an issue when it comes to shipping or dropping stuff off here. The extra services that they offer are yet to be desired. I came here 2 days in a row for notary services and even after I called to check that they would be in and was told that they would be there until 5pm, they were never there when I showed up.

  The 63rd Drive Rego Park NY UPS store is my store for Amazon and sending packages.The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The young lady who took care of me last week was very nice. She explained about paying a small amount for the return. The service is quick. It’s a very busy location. I would recommend this store.

  1 star. Extremely bad experience. I came here for an Amazon return and one female employee told me I could not use the manufacturer’s box and had to buy a “shipping box” from them for $13. Amazon’s return instructions clearly say: “Securely pack your items in a box” and “Boxes should be packed and sealed before dropping off at The UPS Store location or packaging charges may apply.” My item was already inside a thick cardboard box and sealed properly before I came in, so this charge made no sense. There is nothing in the Amazon instructions saying that a manufacturer’s box is not allowed or that I must buy a UPS shipping box. Amazon originally shipped the item only in a Prime plastic wrap, not even in a proper box. The explanation was unreasonable, and the $13 box charge felt unnecessary. Very bad experience and I would not recommend this UPS Store for Amazon returns.

  Came to drop off my pre-paid, labeled package around 6 pm today. Store was packed with custmers, with the line starting outside the store. Self check out was broken, filled with garbage. Location appeared to be well staffed, with 4 employees at that time, but service was super slow. After waiting in line, I asked employee if I can just leave my labeled package on the counter to which he rudely replied " who do you think you are to cut the line ? " . I just left and definely will avoid this location in the future.
