  Very disappointing and unprofessional. This UPS Store never seems to open on time. Today, there was already a huge crowd of customers waiting outside, and it was well past 10:00 AM, yet no one had even shown up to open the store. People have jobs, appointments, and schedules. If your posted opening time is 10:00 AM, customers should be able to rely on that. This is not the first time this has happened. Management really needs to address this ongoing issue.

  Went in to drop off a return today at 2:09pm and had a rude interaction with an employee, who unprompted, gave me an attitude and rudely said "next time don't take off the labels." I've dropped off returns here all the time and have never heard of this, nor had a issue with anyone else in this store. I didn't catch his name. But he was light-skinned, medium buildHispanic man with short curly hair and a thin mustache, about 5'9. This type of behavior is unwarranted, and uncalled for. You don't talk to customers this way. I've already filed a complaint with corporate, so hopefully this holds this store's leadership accountable as well so they can address this and do the right thing.

  Worst ups store in the city if not the country. Long lines out the door, computers/printers never work and they can’t print anything so if you need to print a label or a form you can pretty much forget it. No internet either. 19 year old employees who look and act unprofessional (as if they just got out of bed) while moving without urgency also don't help the cause for customers looking to drop their package off and move on with their busy lives.
