  My ups package was delivered to the store when I came to pick up they said they don’t have my package even the tracking number still showing is there I’m not sure how stole my package

  I went staples to get a book printed the young lady that was there Jasmin, was very helpful she helped me choose the correct fonts the best fron and back cover give me ideas how to improve the book I im so grateful they did a beautiful job

  I've been coming to this Staples for a long time because I live nearby, and overall I've had a good experience. The majority of the time the customer service is very good. I understand that sometimes the store gets very busy, especially the printing and sign department where I usually pick up my custom orders. The only area I think could use some improvement is communication. There have been times where I've stood at the printing counter for 10–15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even with several employees working. I completely understand being busy—I worked in retail myself, so I know how hectic it can get. But something as simple as saying, "We'll be right with you," or "You're next," would make a huge difference. It lets customers know they've been seen and haven't been forgotten. Overall, I still enjoy coming to this location and will continue to shop here. I just think that a little more communication in the print department would make the customer experience even better.

  I went there pretty late, right before closing time. It was my first time there, so I needed some help figuring everything out. Luckily, Matthew was there. He was extremely helpful, professional, and polite, even though he looked tired and was busy assisting multiple customers at the same time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me fill more than 30 balloons, if I’m not mistaken. Despite the size of the order and the fact that it was near closing time, he never complained and maintained a great attitude throughout the entire process. Employees like Matthew make a huge difference in the customer experience. He truly went above and beyond, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding service and dedication.

  My fiancé and I visited Staples on Saturday, May 31st, to print several construction blueprints. We had never printed blueprints before and weren't sure where to begin. Stephanie Romero went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Stephanie took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us forward the blueprint files from our email to Staples, and ensured that all the prints were submitted correctly. She also recommended that we pick up the prints the following day instead of having them printed on the spot, which saved us money. We really appreciated her honesty and willingness to help us find the most cost effective option. What could have been a stressful and confusing experience was made easy thanks to Stephanie's expertise and outstanding customer service. We are very grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her to anyone needing help at Staples. Thank you, Stephanie, for making the entire process smooth, easy, and affordable!
