    This Post office is terrible, I cant wait until they are all fired and replaced with Robots and AI. They repeatedly fail to deliver or pick up . They leave packages in water or snow, They leave outgoing mail in the box. They mark packages delayed by road closure when the road is open. They mark packages as customer requested hold for pickup when they are not

    9361289688060432472891 was not placed in my mailbox ...this was left up in the road...easy pickings ....this is not our regular delivery person...this person even left packages at an abandoned mailbox on our road...

    I put in an INDIVIDUAL move request, for MYSELF, and yet the USPS delivered my mother's medication to my house. She NEEDS her medication & this in unacceptable and just down right lazy on the drivers part. I try to contact this post office and have called a total of TEN times already today and no one answers the phone there. They are avoidant and lazy. I try calling USPS 800 # and have been on hold going on 23 minutes now. Tell me again what the point of the USPS is if they cannot even speak or handle customers. They are mandated to be revenue-neutral and not make a profit, just break even, but you cannot tell me the salary of 100K dedicated to the post master means USPS is not making profit. They have no problem taking your money but every problem in the world with helping the people who pay them...
