  There's a young man named Alex there and kid is a wonder and a wiz 💯 SOMETIMES U NEED HELP BUT U also must have patience for them to do thier thing and help.u in any way possible with much success 🙌 ✅️ They got a great service crew in there right now that everyone must be grateful for 🙏

  UPDATE 6/20/26. Thank goodness for Shannon. She swiftly does the jobs of three other people, maybe four. To see this woman taking all kinds of transactions ALONE WHILE PEOPLE LITERALLY STAND NEAR HER AND DO NOT OFFER HELP IS INFURIATING. I especially was ticked off at the “manager” that stood there moving power cords, looked at her phone, looked at the line and WALKED AWAY. Not one of all the other staff seemed to be doing ANYTHING. They are an official amazon drop off. This means they should be equipped to manage this. But it takes five times longer than lines at a Walgreens for them to be able to take returns because they have one person at the desk almost all the time and five to six people walking around. This is an extremely disorganized store and they obviously do NOT train their employees well nor do they have enough staff that is actually willing to work hard except Shannon. Someone like her with a fantastic work ethic is and will be taken advantage of. I can see this any time I’m in there and I’m in there regularly. Out of five STAFF members walking around without a thing in their hands, not one was placed at the line/return counter. Change the manager to SHANNON and let her pick and allocate workers she seems to be doing all the jobs here anyway. A good manager should know WHEN to move staff to manage a growing line PERIOD. Or if there is no staff, you the manager need to get there and help. THAT is how you MANAGE. I’m sick of seeing the “manager” responses yet they still do the same thing. That poor lady is ALWAYS there alone. It’s simply bad management and a lack of direction. Shannon herself gets a five star review from me. She is an EXAMPLE to others and a good manager would see this. I’m sorry but whomever is managing does worse than Dollar Tree with their personnel.

  Have you been to a store that takes your concerns seriously and makes it easy for you to follow the instructions. The staples at Maspeth in Metropolitan Ave. you should go for all of your shopping whether it’s for your business or your school supplies

  I specifically called and asked if I can bring a person in a wheelchair in for the passport photo. I pay to transport the person in the wheelchair for them to tell me now the the photo may not pass the requirement and you must pay pass or fail. They actually want me to take a lady in her 80s out of the wheelchair and put her on a stool.
