  This is the best customer service I received out of any shipping store joint. The attendant answered the phone promptly when I had questions prior to arriving at the store. And he also read through the shipping instructions carefully which I had missed. Very polite and professional!

  Unfortunately I wasn’t able to drop off my package. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that the person would be back in 10 minutes, I waited outside in heat. After they came back, they changed the sign to be back in 30. Wouldn’t let me in. I’m leaving town and this was the only time I could drop off my package. Please be more considerate!
