  Stay away! The worst customer service we've ever experienced. Their prices might be cheap, but that's for a reason. As a youth-based nonprofit, we've worked with some great screenprinters in NYC over the past 10 years (shoutout to Carousels, WIPNYC, Bushwick Print Lab). Go there! We were on a tight turnaround this time around, and Classy Screens were the only ones available to move quickly. We should have just taken the L and been late on the shirts we needed. This is a group of white bros who didn't seem to have much respect for women (or maybe just clients generally, but it did seem to tingle with sexim). Getting a response back after payment was like pulling teeth, they were non communicative, and repeatedly sent back proofs that did not reflect what was requested. We had to repeatedly correct the mistakes over email. Once the shirts were ready, they said, with only 30 mins heads up, to be there from 4:00-5:00. When we arrived around 4:30 no one was there, the shop was locked up, and no one answered their phones. When we finally got ahold of them after 10-15 mins, they gave a code to open their gate and find our order ourselves. None of this was communicated ahead of time. They closed up shop early and didn't notify us. Once we finally had the shirts, the print was done in the wrong color. Every time I spoke to Matt (?) on the phone, he sounded annoyed and acted like it was not their problem that things were going wrong, citing that he "didn't know what his shop manager told you." Either the team itself doesn't communicate with each other, or they're just careless. When we followed up about the problem, their response was "let's plan to not work together again." No problem!

  Incredible quality printing. The team is super friendly and accommodating, always early on deadlines, and an all around pleasure to work with. I wasn’t too familiar with the printing process going into making a few runs of tee shirts. Everyone at classy’s was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and helped me bring my ideas to life.
